On Aug. 3, F&M announced the decision to require sophomores to continue remote instruction for the fall semester. Read more at the F&M Reopening Plan website.

Thankfully, this decision hasn’t affected our expected occupancy for the Chapter House. We have signed leases in hand for 7 residents, and each resident will have his own bedroom. This does mean, however, that we are two renters short of full capacity, resulting in a shortfall of $16k of rental income for the year.
